Tom Wachowski vs Joker

Er... I might have to go with Joker on this one.

Joker hesitant less than Donut Lord. Not by much but when Joker aims to kill, there is no other thoughts distracting him.

There is more going for Joker fatally wounding Tom and sleeping through Tom's death as he bleeds out.
 
Since both characters have range, Standard Battle Assumption says they won't start close for Tom to disarm.
 
Guys, they aren't at range for Tom to disable Arthur. He'd have to actually run towards him and tackle him. And this is assuming Arthur won't just shoot him.
 
What stops Arthur from shooting Tom? He's more likely to start the first shot than Tom due to being a lot more bloodlusted and not being hesitant.
 
I mean.

its a dart gun. It's not going to kill and tom knows that so no issue there. Joker is straight up dangerous looking and clearly has a gun on him. Tom should be more skilled and quicker on the draw than a normal man
 
The police officer should still know how to react better to having a gun pointed at him and likely could do a little thing called aimdodging
 
If he reacts to a single bullet instead of shooting his own, good luck for hin dodging the 5 other bullets that are already loaded. He's trained sure, but keep in mind Green Hills rarley has ever had actual trouble.
 
Joker due to having a real gun that could kill

If they both shot each other at the same time, Tom would likely get one shotted or bleed out; while Joker would be unconscious for like an hour
 
It's whoever shoots first, but Tom has the advantage in being a trained police officer, so he would have more skill in being able to react to Joker. I would go with Tom.
 
Said real gun is less then double baseline 9-C, meaning it's gonna take multiple shots from it to kill while the dart gun will put Joker down in a single shot (it's stated in the movie to be able to take down a bear, which is consistant with it taking Sonic down in one shot).
 
And you won't think Tom is going to react to the pain, messing up his shooting? Arthur would definitely use all of his bullets at once as shown during his 3rd kill.
 
That's something we've never seen him do. I doubt Tom can react fast enough since Arthur takes out his gun immediately and shoots. Say Arthur misses, he still has 5 more bullets. Tom has one.
