Tokyo ESP general cleanups

I have some minor issues with this verse and how the profiles are made.

I recall a lot of them having Tiers that do not match their stats. For example: I remember Peggi being Tier 10-A despite having Street Level Attack Potency. I also remember a few of them being 9-A despite only having Wall Level Attack Potency. I changed all of their tiers to match their stats, but I'm not sure if this was the right course of action to take.

Do I change the stats to match the 10-A Tiering, or do I change the Tiering to match the stats? None of the profiles for the characters provide any explanations as to why they have their tiering, and I'm not very familiar with the verse as a whole, so I don't know.

EDIT: GreatestSin wrote a thread that suggests some upgrades for Peggi. The feat presented appears to be a 7-B destructive feat, followed by a move that at the very least has Multi-Continental range. Needless to say, I'm not sure about the context of the feat, but there were no opposing opinions in the thread where it was suggested, and if it holds any water, then I'm not sure why the entire verse is only Tier 9. Especially since the thread was made months ago.

You should probably change their tiers to match the statistics. However, if there are no justifications, perhaps they should be placed as Unknown instead?

I'll go ahead and put everyone else at Unknown, while leaving Peggi the same, adding "Possibly City Level" and Planetary Range.

I think the wall level stats come from a nigh-fodder character who punched a hole in a wall early on, though I may be misremembering.

But even the first chapter alone seems to have small building to building level feats.

I think this scales to everyone currently listed at wall level, putting them all at small building level, and Rindo at building level via magnetism.

Actually, Blahblah, wouldn't Rinka scale to Rindo? It was stated in her profile that she could knock out her father with a kick. Thus, shouldn't the whole verse scale?

Also, I'm currently watching an episode of the anime and I'm already seeing feats invoving derailing trains, throwing helicopters around, and blowing up cars/small sections of entire buildings. I'm pretty in favor of 9-A to 8-C for the verse.

Rinka scales to Rindo physically, but his giant car ball was made through magnetism and she passed through it with her intangibility to attack him directly, I don't know if they have any 8C physical feats though, cause I've just watched the anime and read the first manga chapter.
