I suppose that this seems reasonable, but would like to see more input.
 
could you highlight it? Tokyo ESP isnt really that famous, but it has some pretty decent powers,

the ice-cube-girl for example can even create icecube directly inside a persons body http://www.***********.net/tokyo-esp/75/15 and http://www.***********.net/tokyo-esp/75/16,

and the ilusion-professor even had his body existing thanks to his illusions (it crumbled i the last chapter after he lost his powers, would this mean he was able to create real illusions? kind of like the illusion-users from KHR?)): http://www.***********.net/tokyo-esp/75/37

plus the range of the teleport-woman is immense, she teleported rinka and co to the north pole:

Regarding the upgrade, it is reasonable.

Also, I don't think it is important enough to be highlighted. As you said, Tokyo ESP isn't really that notable. Everything else, you can request the profiles to be made here.

Edit: Actually, reading the next few pages, it doesn't seem to destroy anything. It seems more like a move that has planetary range.

i guess you are right, planet-range makes more sense but city-lvl as tier would be reasonable right?

Well, it only showed destruction around city level? The move it used didn't destroy anything else - only took away everyones powers on a planetary scale.
 
^as far as i understood the scenes than yes, than it cant be called planetary-tier :( (but it makes sense too, teleport-woman was also only able to do city-something lvl of teleportation after getting powered up)
 
Yes. City level with planetary range with the move is reasonable, but it would be best to request a calc for it. You can do so here.

now that i read some chapters again Tokyo ESP has actually some impressive feats considering the fact that they are not really that high:

teleport-woman reacts and moves agaisnt a shockwave attack, (and shockwaves have a normal speed should be at the speed of sound right?): http://www.***********.net/tokyo-esp/74/26 and

but i guess this needs to be better judged, afterall the bullets have a certain momentum behind them, he completly stopped them before the did major damage to his hands, how strong is a machine gun bullet and how fast?)
 
IIRC, bullets speed are usually supersonic and they are street level to wall level I think.
 
^thanks, i thought they had more since they are concentrated into such small projectiles but still, supersonic for reaction speed and close combat (since he moved his hands fast enough to actually touch the two bullets) :)
 
No problem. I think it's only reaction speed since he was only able to block it and not retaliate back.
 
^but doesnt it count as close combat if he moved his hands ? afterall he must have recognized the bullets,moved his hands and than used his power to stop them right?
