That was my point from the beginning. That's not even counting his mercury manipulation which he can use to drown people or his limited flight.
It's not exactly a stomp for Toki cus he can get 1 shot by any AoE, but i don't see him losing here.

Well yeah, if Magnetsim isn't going to hold her then she's not going to have her movement affected

I said flight tho. Toki can use flight.
Mercury drowning is basically he makes mercury evaporate you inhale it then usually it's just him making those drops explode from inside, but drowning should work just fine too.

Toki needs to immedietly incap or he gets blitzed and one-shot. Leaning on Yang, but before voting I'd like to know if there are feats that allows Toki to insta-incap someone who heavily outstats him.
