I thought of this for a long time but I think homer's gonna win he's usually a quick shot he should be able to tank toby's explosion magic as he's comparable to those who shrug off explosions that are building level he resists fire, and electricity although ice magic is a good way to bypass his Regen but he would probably start out with the fire spell after he does that homer shoots and kills him
