While yes atm Iihiko's non recognition won't work on Dio's RO due to being 4D (is it even 4D? what was the feat i don't remember, i know the 2-A RO was downgraded, what's the current RO sitting at?).

Yes it does. An air slash with dura neg from someone like 10^20 times stronger than you means serious business. Dio ain't surviving that.

Dio probably succeeds at overwriting Iihiko's first projectile, but gets arm blown off for it. He then promptly realizes how ****** he is it if he doesn't do something quick, so he teleports and tries to overwrite again.
Don't count that as a vote yet since we still have to figure out if RO can bypass both of Iihiko's BS abilities (immunity and the one involving injuries, because even if Dio kills him, he'll probably just bleed out).

Yes. Because you can have a fair fight with Iihiko, because he doesn't power null everything. Only things he doesn't recognize, and most meta things in the wiki fall under that. Some unusual hax will still work on him.Argoneedsmorelove said:
