NOTE: they were only able to comeback via an alien helping them and communating with the people in he house with the oldest thing in the house and only way of coming back was room being tidy again

Also a character was able to survive in light speed like they were in a bus that goes in light speed and one of them opened the window and looked out would this give them any durability or resistance?
Like a normal persons head would blow up or get ripped in seconds right

Lightspeed can't be used to calculate for anything so no, that's just a unquantifiable durability feat unless the bus going lightspeed does anything to others being dragged.
