Blart, having typical police training, has been skilled enough to defeat a group of criminals at a mall through precise planning with setting traps, such as hiding in a restaurant and taking them out one by one while they didn’t notice. Also, given how he has his segway, that would make him more mobile while saving his energy running.

As for what he starts with, if he has weapons (which he does), then he would definitely lead with them, especially with the ones present in the middle of the arena.

Kazuma on the other hand isn't crazily skilled with his weapons, however, his luck makes up for it. He'll typically charge in with his sword and start slicing at this distance. Because of his luck, all of his strikes are likely to hit the enemy unless they're sufficient in combat. In this case, it shouldn't be that much of a problem, though.

How good is Paul Bart without weapons? It is completely in character for Kazuma to first de-arm his opponent with [Steal]. It allows him to teleport particular objects into his possession. Especially things that'd give the opponent a notable advantage. He could do this with all of the weapons available on the ground if needs be.

If he's not god-like with just his hands, and able to react properly to having his weapons stolen in time, Kazuma having the range advantage with his sword will probably take home an easy victory.

Lol wtf. Funny video but they don't seem very skilled at all unfortunately xD.

Yeah, I think Kazuma just out-ranges and lucks out. Ngl. They seem really clumsy and Kazuma isn't afraid to fight dirty to win a fight. Kazuma also has a lifting strength advantage (Peak Human vs Atheltic Human) so withstraining him wouldn't be possible.

This is literally one of the weirdest battles I've seen, but anyways,

Kazuma FRA I guess
