Yeah that is fair.
But still, I wouldn't automatically grant it to High 3-A, due to there being potential feats that wouldn't involve greater than zero energy density over the entire volume.
That idea conflicts with our current standards, since for Low 2-C we require the space to be universe-sized, and the entire temporal axis to be affected.
This prevents small pocket realities from being tier 2.

Not sure what else is left here to do. There is pretty much near-unanimous disagreement with Proposal 2 and full agreement with Proposal 1. Proposal 1 has already been applied.
What really needs votes is this question that is left:
Should we grant Space-Time Manip for creating/destroying/erasing/significantly affecting empty spaces, including Tier 2 and above?
So far there is only one vote of disagreement for Agnaa for this one. And given how long this thread has dragged on beyond the point of being a necro, I think we should close this thread and make a new separate thread for the topic in question above.

I am back and the reason why I proposed the second proposal then was due to our very definition of tier 3 which is "Energy required to destroy all matter in the known universe" So if matter is not getting destroyed, what is there to tier, which is why this is just range unless we want to change what we define tier 3 as, as simply "destruction of a universal sized space"

Main reason was because even space has some unknown amounts of quantum entangled energy, where infinite amounts would still be infinite. But alright.
I know we aren't ready to tackle that anytime soon, do I'll concede for now, but Ultima Reality does possibly plan to tackle that eventually. We did originally include 4-D structures less than universal as an extension of High 3-A before DarkLK advocated for removal, but Ultima plans to counter that eventually. But I will wait till that actually happens before proposing that.

If you're not doing anything which exerts a non-zero energy over every finite volume of space, that shouldn't matter.
And as an aside, creating space does not require any energy, so feats dependent on those sorts of things shouldn't qualify, imo.
