you didn't add Nanashi (Shin Megami Tensei), The Downstreamers, Goddess Ilias, and John Egbert, who all destroy Xeno Goku and which I mentioned.

Goku always stomped Shredder, his 2-A isn't even combat applicable, he is at most a Low 2-C, he needs to be removed since this is who does he beat/lose to after the upgrade, not something which was true back when he was 2-B

Trapping him in a variety of fictional worlds at his disposal or plothaxing him (Which can be incap and Goku doesn't resist it anyway), Goku can't kill bugs becuase he doesn't know about his Type 8 immortality and nuking the universe (The only way to bypass it is OOC) before Bugs can think or gesture and Goku is done for. Heck, I heard his type 8 scales to beyond fiction, which would be a different universe at least, that makes it even harder and more unlikely for Goku to figure it out

Oh, I also remember Bugs can transmute Goku into a carrot if he goes down that route. Bugs isn't stupid, if things like mindhax or time stop doesn't work, he would use something else. Trying to BFR into space results in Bugs teleporting back, etc, etc. His IC moves won't be enough to deal with someone like Bugs, by the time he goes for an OOC move Bugs incaps him before that
