Not sure whether I should use "likely" or "possibly"
It actually doesn't matter much tho... Like if someone wanna make a match they can still use Low 2-C key regardless of likely or possibly rating (ik the diff between likely and possibly) likely should be fine thought since reiner, imaginym and finepoint agrees with likely rating

My and Reiner's current stance is "Possibly"

Imaginym and FinePoint are neutral on either.
Finepoint agreed with "likely" and Imaginym agreed with him. So I don't know what exactly should I use.

The reason why I'm asking that is because I know some people who might report me for such minor thing.

Is it fine if I make changes with "possibly" rating until FinePoint and Imaginym give their stance on "likely" rating?

I would be fine with "At least Low 2-C, possibly Low 1-C."

How do you guys feel about it?
Even if we consider likely ratings, we should get "2-A, Possibly/ Likely Low 1-C" instead of 2-C, likely/ Possibly Low 1-C as even the "subunit/ part" of timestream we're talking about should be at least timeline level (2-A) instead of being Rex's dimension level (2-C)

Firestorm, what's your opinion on this?

A base rating needs to be established as well; otherwise, it will appear as though Rex either has a possible Tier 1 rating or nothing at all. This is untrue, as he is Tier 2 even without considering the connection to the Ben 10.

I believe since Rex is already Low 2-C, just adding possibly Low 1-C along with it should be fine.

"Low 2-C, Possibly Low 1-C" can be applied.

Thats what I wanted to ask, thanks!

Wait what happened to this rating? I thought 2-A was the new low end.
