Rex could probably be upgraded to 4-B/Solar System level since the same Heroes United was capable of fighting and harm Humungousaur, which currently, via a thread made by Hellformer, is now Solar System level.

This is very obvious because he scales to Ben's Aliens. We have previously changed Rex's tier after revision of Ben's aliens so we don't need a seperate CRT. I've already edited his profile to tier 4.
