Base Shadow is used. Post-Timeskip Thragg is used
Speed is equalized

Thragg:
Shadow:
Incon:

Thragg is over 13 times stronger, orders of magnitude higher lifiting strength, better mobility due to true limitless flight, and outskills Shadow to hell and back

what does Shadow even do here

First of all Necro, but second of all don't Shadow and Sonic have insane heat ratings on their profiles with their Chaos Energy or is that only applicable in their Super Forms. Also Chaos Control in general is just really useful.

Thragg also has insane heat resistance (Granted there's a in universe mechanic to where prolonged heat [of vastly inferior heat compared to the short term resistance] can bypass this)

That sounds like a pretty solid wincon to me for someone who can teleport spam without any consequences.

Is there reason to assume Shadow will decide to spam such heated attacks for like 10 minutes (That's a lowball) straight after seeing the first like 10 attacks doing nothing (because Thraggs in universe short term resistance and durability advantage of over a one shot easily make it so it does nothing)?

Would it be better to just use Super Shadow? He'd have a one-shot advantage, but Thragg would still have a massive advantage in LS and skill

What will LS do? (Is Para in some weird grey state like DBZ when it comes to lifting strength damaging durability?)

Well it enables him to maim Shadow by tearing limbs off. I'm pretty sure 99 percent of fictional verses have character's be harmed by LS and I'm pretty sure Paramount isn't an exception. I don't recall an exact instance rn, but I'm very certain there is one.

Thragg has insane heat resist and it's more in character for Thragg to hit him once than Shadow charging energy to hit him with heat specifically since he's 13 times stronger

then Shadow outranges and uses his AOEs to 1 shot. Thragg needs to get close to do anything, but Shadow has multiple get off me options + teleportation + time hax

Minor nitpick, the time hax and teleportation are the same thing. Shadow's TP is time based rather than spatial.
