Julius is stomp gaps above the value however and even has some dura negating abilities along with buffs and debuffs

generally he would probably dodge them but would thor even be able to reflect a dura negating attack back at him?

Like on the profile it says mjolnir has it because of reflecting ultrons beam which are just heated rays of light and not multi haxed dura negating beams

1.48 times stronger isnt much especially because Julius is basically one shot higher than his actual value (this is a lowball too)

As if the hax difference wasn't enough, one of Julius' main trump cards is being able to amp to hundreds of times his base stats. Assuming this is arc 3 Julius he can only amp to that extent defensively to block attacks, but he still has a general amp that's probably like 1.5-2x.

She probably has significantly better feats. At the very least this one shouldn't be a stomp but I have to imagine it'll be a skill + precog diff. It would be good to see a counterargument.

And I don't mean to imply that Thor's flight is useless but she frequently uses her ice constructs to throw herself through the air. It's effectively pseudo-flight. Not to mention her range is dozens of kilometers anyway.
