He has a death hax which is SoL, he is also physically stronger and can kill her with just his sword. He can also stastically amp himself and nerf Wiz, instinctive reaction along his skill should make it easy for him to close the gap. Also drain touch requires direct contact which isnt gonna happen
shes invulnerable to physical attacks tho
He has NPI and can also imbue magic into his attacks so they aren't technically phsyical. Also Al clauseria is a death hax so he would kill her instantly if he does that

But she is a Undead trought, i don't think his Death hax have much effect here.

I am lazy so when i say IA i am talking about AD, Perception Manipulation or whatever else skill based haxes the characters have
So? She have Immortaly in her page, she don't need a resistance listed.
