They originally had neither a fixed body, nor a unified consciousness, but weaved together by borrowing the constantly changing laws of causality at the top of the Hetero Tower)

- BFR, Greater Space-Time Manipulation, Sealing, Greater Information Manipulation (Type 2), Causality Manipulation & Timeline Creation (Can seal and trap others within time prisons using her authority to create spatial-temporal constructs which Selena had obtained to seal Enora Leuya. This is achieved by using a portion of Ishmael's scattered authority which allows Selena to copy segments of time into slices however in order to maintain them she needs to ensure all events within remain in stable loops otherwise the slices extend into additional futures and then reconnect with the normal time trunk. These time slices are completely detached from the normal timeline, which has an affect on causality as not only did Enora Lueya state it's the same as being forgotten by the world but even Ishmael warns Selena that she would be removed from the normal timeline and forgotten, which erased her history and all memories of her from the world. This is later revealed by Asimov to be due to the time prison being a distorted timeline in of itself)

- Greater Sealing (Information [Both Types], Space-Time & Memories) & Memory Manipulation (Can seal entire civilizations like amber so that the Punishing Virus's corruption as well as her civilizations "test" is halted in complete stasis thus preventing her civilizations space-time from being harvested by other Observers. Additionally Ishmael was able to seal the Commandant's memories until the right moment when guiding their gaze back in time)
- Perception Manipulation (Ishmael rarely reveals her true form. Instead, she tends to appear in the most acceptable form that matches the surroundings and the other object's information processing mode)
- Greater Enhanced Senses (Neutral - 2 Layers), Mind Manipulation & Dream Manipulation (Scales far above the likes of Cradle who can see Vonnegut's forcefields despite the fact that they are invisible and can't be seen even by other Hetero-Creatures, is able to hear the Commandant calling out from within a coma and forcefully awaken them and can destabilize their dream space which are chaotic as a result of the Red Tide and Agent Zero's authority which is inherently chaotic. Regularly peers into others dreams and records them)
- Hetero Tower Manipulation & Chaos Manipulation (Unpredictability & Randomization; Like the Commandant Ishmael can manipulate the Hetero Tower but to a much greater extent which inherently possesses chaotic space-time, and is capable of landing at a right point in time unlike the Commandant who couldn't after they first ascended)
- Greater Precognition, Fate Manipulation, Clairvoyance & Text Manipulation (Has a book that contains all the current civilizations history, with these books even shrinking in size if the past disappears. The book also gains new pages when new possibilities emerge, with text appearing indistinctly)
- Teleportation & Greater Dimensional Travel (Ishmael can appear anywhere she wants such as other worldlines, civilizations and even abstract places such as inside M.I.N.D space and dreams)
- Supergenius Intelligence (Ishmael was a native of a type 4 civilization, where they faced the issue of heat death as a result of using up all the energy of their universes stars. Is so smart she unconsciously steers conversations in the direction she preconceives due to always being able to predict the intentions and responses of the other person, even when she doesn't want to)
- Greater Extrasensory Perception & Greater Cosmic Awareness (Was aware of the Gray Raven Commandant Observing her and Nanami through a memory that was triggered via the sensory simulation device from 30 years in the future despite them being sealed beyond time and space when using the full sensory simulation device the Commandant could only view the memories of Nanami and was unable to interact with what he perceived no matter how hard he tried, despite this Ishmael was capable of seeing him without any difficulties and was aware of his existence, something even Nanami was incapable of doing until she fused with Discovery's core and began growing and being able to "see" more as a result of becoming the Gestalt of mechanical civilization)

- Via Chaos absorbing Agent Zero's Authority
- Dream Scying, Astral Projection, Retrocognition & Greater Precognition (Low 1-A; Chaos's ascension and eventual transformation into Agent Zero had managed to effect the Commandant in the past giving him "visions" and "dreams" that were similar to Agent Zero's authority, this allowed him to see beyond his own viewpoint and gaze into the past of other long destroyed multiverses like Dominik's civilization allowing him to see almost all of the Vanguard Team's journey up until Nemo entered the main timeline, with him even observing the events Lee had gone through within the Hetero Tower when fighting the Primal Projection in the Gate. His dreams are invisible to all but himself and other Observers like Ishmael allowing him to see all the constantly shifting and deteriorating realities connected to the Hetero Tower, and similarly to Lucia allows him to observe the future through "future information". Additionally this allows him to serve as an anchor point in spacetime which characters like Vonnegut and Alpha can use in order to traverse other universes and layers of the Hetero Tower even when the Hetero Tower no longer exists, which should ordinarily be impossible as the Hetero Tower governs and constrains the manipulation of time and cross universal travel forcing characters to utilize its own attributes to achieve these feats, such as Agent Zero's authority or pass through the Gate to gain higher power)
- Limited Power Nullification & Limited Regeneration-Negation (Low-Godly; Using the portable Longinus Arsenal allowed the Commandant to destroy the fragments of Cradle's body and purify the Punishing Virus making it take 30 minutes for her to reform herself)

The Hetero Tower emits electromagnetic signals that incapacitates human mind beacons with electromagnetic radiation leading humans and constructs into madness, as well as causing several side effects such as mental disorders, hallucinations, drastic changes in personality, and even an increase in hostility. The radiation distorts everything perceived by human senses, making it impossible to communicate or interact normally with those who's minds are affected)

- Sealing, Chaos Manipulation (Randomization & Unpredictability) & Time Manipulation (Can seal the Hetero Tower's fissures caused by the mutated Red Tide and would scale far beyond the likes of Agent Zero Chaos who can seal off the entire Hetero Tower so that no one could enter it as well as help Lucia and the Commandant return to the correct time in spite of the Inver-Hetero Tower's deterioration which has constantly shifted and deteriorated all the realities it holds. With Chaos being able to keep the time displacement within one year of their correct time regardless of how much time passes within the tower)

- Power Nullification, Temporal Awareness-Negation, Limited Acausality (Type 1) & Power Absorption (Using the "fruit", Chaos is able to send it into the bodies of others like Cradle to both nullify and share Agent Zero's authority, as well as weaken her authority over the Red Tide so that even if Cradle remade her physical body in its entirety the "fruit" would remain intact, making separation almost impossible and due to being connected to the Inver-Hetero Tower, ensuring that even if time was reversed it would remain active. As a side effect the "fruit" also causes chaos in Cradle's memories, which not only erased a portion of her memories but also stopped her from being able to remember things after time rewinds even though she would be able to remember them ordinarily. Can also nullify a portion of Cradle's power and can absorb Agent Zero's authority as well as the authority of the Red Tide)
- Teleportation (Cradle states killing Chaos wouldn't work due to her disappearing too fast, was shown instantly teleporting in Constellia when the Gray Raven Commandant got too close)
- Stealth Mastery (2 Layers; Can effortlessly sneak past Lucia without being detected by her frame's abilities, despite the fact that Lucia can detect other people with similar stealth capabilities to her younger self, and also sense the presence and signatures of not just humans but Hetero-Creatures within a vast area, being able to know their position, exact numbers, as well as whether they're armed. Chaos can also sneak up on Cradle without the latter realizing until she was already skewered by her blade, despite Cradle being able to see anywhere with Punishing, clearly see Vonnegut's forcefields which are invisible even to other Hetero-Creatures as well as having the ability to see Schulz who exists as nothing more than information and data)

- Greater Accelerated Development (Battle, Passive & Other; Physical Statistics, Intelligence, Abilities) & Greater Reactive Evolution (After absorbing Agent Zero's authority Chaos becomes the owner of the Red Tide and regains authority over the Hetero Tower, with the Red tide now having access to other timelines and worldlines from the Hetero Tower causing its evolution to grow infinitely. As a result the Red Tide evolves to a point where Huaxu who can simulate countless futures and make a Quattuordecillion calculations with a fraction of its computing power, was only able to identify 45.37% of it to its original signature with the rest remaining unanalyzable suggesting its mutation stemmed from a realm beyond human comprehension. This was later confirmed to be due to its evolution being so logic defying that it was no longer made up of the Punishing Virus, and instead became an unknown, unanalyzable material that neither exists in the past, present or projected future)
