Since DIO is said to be able to turn whatever he wishes into reality through his hands, is it possible that he could grant himself the busted abilities of Stands like King Crimson, Made in Heaven, and Gold Experience Requiem?

No shit I'm aware of Novel Kars, but I was thinking of a possibility of Heaven DIO overwriting himself to become even more powerful and gain even more abilities in a way different than Kars, though I expected responses thinking otherwise. I do think DIO had never felt the need to modify himself since, as the title suggests, he believes he is already the pinnacle of perfection. Imagine if it were made very clear that he could overwrite himself any way he wants to, and he decided to do so.

idk, he gave himself a bunch of random ******* powers via his overwrite. He wouldn't be able to give himself more than one Stand I don't think but he could in theory attempt to replicate their powers given he's already pulled completely different powers out his ass via overwrite like tornadoes, blindness, creation, time travel, lightning, etc. Don't know if he could replicate the exact abilities though but he could probably try something functionally close enough.

I said abilities, not Stands. I don't see him granting himself more than one Stand, but he more than likely can grant himself abilities. Imagine DIO granting himself top-tier Stands' abilties, and being able to erase time, manipulate causality to 'the point of zero,' accelerate time, and replicate the Golden Spin without the need of a horse.
