Dude that's 1 to 2 hours from the recommended amount of sleep (ie. 8 hours), if you were of biological maturation, you'd need even less (around 6 to my knowledge).
 
I slept pretty well ig. Been kind of nervous these last few days due to IRL stuff, but otherwise, pretty sound.

From some months ago already I always have very vivid and kind of stressful dreams. Nearly every night, about things ranging from mundane to something out of a horror movie to something out of an alex jones rant. But I've mostly learned to live with it, so it's fine in general.

I've been trying to find a good movie but never actually found one so I'm stuck at thinking about watching Neil Breen movies so no. I have nightmares everyday.

Ngl, I haven’t been sleeping the best over the past years. Sometimes, cat wakes me up and I no sleep back. Capping 5 hours in total. Though, not always like that but I rlly did loose quite some sleep compared to the pre-2020s.
 
Update: my insomnia is getting worse. I think I have some form of… meh, rather not say.
