Dude that's 1 to 2 hours from the recommended amount of sleep (ie. 8 hours), if you were of biological maturation, you'd need even less (around 6 to my knowledge).Uselessnoob245 said:

That is not good for you, that is in fact quite unhealthy. I really reccomend you sleep more than that.

From some months ago already I always have very vivid and kind of stressful dreams. Nearly every night, about things ranging from mundane to something out of a horror movie to something out of an alex jones rant. But I've mostly learned to live with it, so it's fine in general.

As a scaler myself I overthink instead of sleep my 90% of time. 1-2 hours of sleep daily, pretty balanced.
