I got Alexandre. His thing is that he can use writing to make things into better versions of themselves basically.

I mean this: Causality Manipulation with Dictionaire de Cuisine and Musketeers' Masquerade (Can rewrite the backstory/story of a person with Musketeers' Masquerade to empower them, and can do the same to items to transform them into Noble Phantasms with Dictionaire de Cuisine)
 
Exactly what it says. They can rewrite a object or a person's past to make them a stronger version of themselves, but with Musketeers' Maquerade they have to be facing overwhelming odds and he can only do it once per person.

Okay then.
 
For example, he turned a Hydra Venom dagger into a Hydra Venom prosthetic arm that was stronger than the original.
