Okay so here is what DeVoe has in terms of survivability"
Probability Manipulation to mess up Esdeath's attacks before she even makes them.
Telepathy combined with his superhuman intelligence to predict her every move
Portals that allow him to escape the very dimensional plane he's in and which have enough range to reach the north pole from america. Which he also uses to redirect attacks back at his enemies
Elasticity to make his evasion skill even greater
In terms of offense
He has less stuff going on in this area but there are two things he can do which are of note
1. Shrinking Esdeath which would turn her into a 10-C and allow DeVoe to crush her easily
2.Type 6 which allow him to take over Esdeath
Thinking about it his Probabilty manip was a pretty good offensive weapon as well in the show.
These are all the stuff I felt like mentioning atm. He probably has more that missed. Anyway how good are Esdeath's chances at pulling a victory through all this?
