The sharingan gets a little more hax.

I was looking at yakou madara and her eye and I thought what would happen if we upload all the abilities of the sharingan, mangekyou sharingan, rinnegan and rinne sharingan to Taikyoku?
How do you think their abilities would be?

That's not how Taikyoku works. While it would make everything they do High 1-A including their Dojutsu, that solely because having Taikyoku would empower the user. Any old abilities they have won't change at all unless their Craving is one that causes such a change, and in that case the inumeral amount of different Cravings and their effects would make stating how the Dojutsu would be improved by them impossible.
