I'm pretty sure it's not Romita because Romita draws are more "rough" and his arms are, usually, drawn like they have hair like this example here. And I think it's not Buscema because he doesn't draw Thor's eyes like that, his eyes are more open and expressive.

I've found the source where Monkey found the scan, the pinterest link, and I've found Frenz's cover of War of the Pantheons that draws Thor extremely similar to the scan, confirming him to be the artist. This cover was released around 2013s, so your scan is a piece of art of Franz around that time period.

Alright so I know Thor has better feats then this but when he was fighting Zeus apparently they messed with time or whatever due to there lighting so I’m wondering if this would be a ap feat, a hax feat or both?
