In addition if they're reviving through mana it seems more like resurrection rather than regeneration.

In addition your only source is saying this was over a period of time and that Gods can't do it anymore in the first place. Unless you have more they wouldn't get anything.

In the verse there are 2 Source of power Mana (Purity) and Corruption they both come from an entity that trying to kill eachother for ages. Eventually Corruption win which made Mana dying and create the event known as Godfall a day where Gods lost their immortality and pseudo-invunerable body.

This event doesn't effect The Prince of Cures because he already abondon mana as source of power far before Godfall.

The Prince of Cures is a God who already abondon Mana and become a far greater being called Tenebrae who use corruption as source of power, so he should still able to do em.

Corruption > Mana
