That their mission is to devour the world =/= Type 1 Concept. Moreover, in the governing reality the unknown remains type 2 because there is nothing to show that the unknown is independent of itself, since it shows that it is itself (abstract) ideas and concepts. It is part of its nature so it cannot qualify as independent.
