Despite the wall of text used to describe its tier, the only thing that would make it High 2-A is the creation of Mxy's 5-dimensional realm. However, we visibly do not accept Mxy as being truly 5-D due to lacking feats of it.

If we do not accept Mxy as being "true" 5-D, then neither we should accept his realm being 5-D either, since they both go hand in hand. This is similar to how we downgraded Bill from 11-D, since the aliens he was scaled to lost their status as true 11-D beings.

Seems like its best feat outside of it is 2-A, so that should be its new tier.

He also needs a name change, since he's never referred to as "The Presence" in the Arrowverse.

These are two statements that confirm the arrowverse to be infinite in size. They can be used as evidence for God's 2-A rating.

I think it should be pointed out that all Mxys in all DC universes are the same as the original Mxy, so Arrowverse Mxy should probably be higher.

His profile states that he created Infinite Universes, with each universe having an infinite amount of parallel timelines.

Looking at several Digimon and Shin Megami Tensei, I believe this counts as "at least 2-A".

I am not well versed in either series, but I do believe infinite universes within infinite universes is considered above baseline here.
