What the hell kind of summary is this?

Problems:
It looks like something you would find on a joke battle site or the OBD.
They thrived for (1 * 10^11) years? No they didn't. The age of the universe is (1.4 * 10^10) years and the Precursors thrived for a few billion years at most. There is no indication at all within Halo canon that their universe is older than ours or that the Precursors thrived that long.
Where does the 100 billion figure come from then? You see the Precursors made this thing called the Domain. It was a quantum information repository that was made using neural physics and existed in a higher dimensional plane. Think of it like the internet but transcended i.e. pretty much godly internet of a higher dimension. The Domain was a repository of all the knowledge and experiences of the Precursor civilization. The accumulated experiences of Precursors who uploaded their consciousness to the Domain is what amounts to hundreds of billions of years. I think someone read this and misinterpreted it as meaning that this race actually thrived that long.
The Precursors did not make many of the galaxies of the universe. They seeded them with life and directed the evolution of this life. This is completely different from making a galaxy. If the Precursors did create galaxies, I would like a source for this.
