This is a stomp in CH's favour. 9-A weaponry means Rocket launchers which would screw over Ash completely. 9-B weaponry would include heavy machine guns and 50 cal snipers, both of which would shred Ash. Even in 9-C, CH vastly outskills Ash in martial arts and can couple it with acupuncture skills, poison etc. to defeat Ash despite an AP disadvantage. Not to mention, most guns are 9-C and Ash cannot reliably hope to tank highly accurate gunfire at the ranges CH will be shooting from.
