Ok so I added justifications for its Mind Manipulation and Illusion Creation (they were written out by Goji, albeit I slightly tweaked them).

I don't see what's wrong with the Durability. It is a decently large building that justifies its current rating, and I'm confident in Goji's ability to powerscale.

I wish our current ratings for tierings were more precise on how large a Large Building has to be. Either way IG it's fine.

I don't even think it should have the current durability rating, even if it's a big hotel you'd only only really need High 8-C to 8-B AP to destroy it all at once
The actual walls of the building don't seem to any more durable then a regular building unless someone has evidence to the contrary

I dunno what the hell is happening here but can Ax and others sorta cool it with dogpiling/insulting Tllm? Makes things go smoother.

For the record, I'm fine with "Unknown physically, High 8-C via reality warping", shit makes sense and 8-B does indeed seem relatively baseless. Powers seem justified from my ancient-ass memory of the thing so no worries there.
