Hell, a low 2-C attack doesn’t oneshot someone with low 2-C durability without feats. Even the fate aspect gets noped by acasuality.

Not sure why D4CU doesn't have 2-A range scaling from it's original version, but the fact that Kars' best range according to his profile is only Low 2-C. But it's impossible for him to nuke the outsider with MIHUR due to The Outsider=/=Universe. Also, the outsider is too big for Kars to go "Understand" and get his NEP.

D4C only has 2-A travel range and Kars doesnt have Love Train so he doesnt have access to 2-A damage bfr

I don't know, D4CU's type 8 comes from it making a new universe for Kars IIRC. But does the outsider use his powernull in character?
