The Outsider - HDE and Immeasurable LS?

Well in this thread it seems that being fused with a tier 2 construct could grant both higher dimensional existence and immeasurable lifting strength, today, I would like to demonstrate why The Outsider meets these requirements

The Outsider merged in part with the void, becoming one with it, and became it's representational figure due to the Void's hunger for a godlike entity. The Void being a alternate reality that depends on reality to to provide a frame for it to mirror, In the world of Dishonored, time is considered to be an "additional aspect of space".

This would be the justification for the abilities.
