The necessity of Neutral/Opponents on a Verse page?

I was doing that during the beginning of the project, but butler has handled most of that, I make sure to check.

You leave them there as it is strictly used to list members who are knowledgeable about verses that don't have an associated verse page within this wiki, I believe.

Empty sections can probably be removed from the original page if they have corresponding verse pages in our wiki, but (empty) "Knowledgeable Members" sections should still be added to the corresponding verse pages.
