Unrelated yet related tangent, but can we put up some measures and procedures to prevent something like this from happening again? Just in case some dumb **** decides to come back to do this shit all over again by vying for the translation helper role and ghosting their duties unless it serves theri agenda

The only surefire way of doing that would be Discussion Rules but we don't have enough threads made in quick succession and rejected to pull that off.
You'd need at least 5 threads overall made and rejected for a Discussion Rule to be made barring further topics unless new evidence is put up (Actual new evidence, not new argumentations of method of logic).

Speaking of Discussion Rules, since everything will be reverted, can the old Nasuverse Discussion Rule be reinstated for now? That was only removed because of Marshadow's revisions downgraded the verse from Tier 1 and 2.

Reverting Wank's changes seems fine to me. The whole Uni+, possibly Large Planet level does give off red flags that he didn't really care about the integrity of the pages if he was gonna leave them in a state like that which no updated wiki page has done to my knowledge.

Not a mod but as a verse supporter I figured I'd weigh in my own two cents here.
Yeah, I always thought there was something up about the downgrades. The stuff like "Low 2-C possibly 5-A", the inconsistent speed ratings, and the sheer level of "WTF" that comes from having characters with reasoning making them higher-dimensional but still only being planetary without further clarifications - it's all so confusing lol.
I'm in favor of nuking Wank's little "updates"

I say revert all the pages, while the state before all the Wankbreaker revision also isn't the best thing, it is still better state than the currenr profiles, at least it give a solid ground to work on due to the consistency across the profiles

Nasuverse as a series in itself is pretty much impossible to get a good grasp of, not to mention the 300+ profiles.. I don't know where to start though if I wanted to help, even the Root being Tier 0 or not atm is just abandoned
Tbh, as tiring as it is, personally I'd think like work on them one by one and if it's good enough then continue instead of working on all of them altogether in which it's just hard to even follow everything around (whether you're experienced or inexperienced). Atleast that's what I did with my friends when we try to caught up to something because we were always busy and all that

Not a staff but i don’t think this is limited to staff yet so i will just speak on this. I support this heavily. I used to be active on the forum but stopped following it because of the bs from Wankbreaker.
It was so obvious that they were using contradictory information and were also out to downgrade the verse forcefully because of an agenda but supporters and even some staff let them have their fun.
I agree the profiles are outdated and definitely had some issues but some of the downgrades made zero sense but were still let to pass. I think thats why most of the supporters even left and stopped interacting with the forum, as even when disproven Wankbreaker was still given free reign.

Fully agree to this. Wankbreaker obviously is the biggest fault here, but I dont understand how most staff members let this even happen. I brought this up and challenged wankbreaker till I got banned and none of the staff members even found him suspicious despite glaring actions. Looking at all his crts, none of them made any sense yet they were accepted.
The fact that he turned blind eyes to all statements that would put the verse in a reasonably high tier, and focused on irrelevant and untrue statements that would support his agenda against the verse was the most suspicious thing anyone would have seen.
And this leads back to me thinking that because majority of staff members have little knowledge on nasuverse, they just agreed to wank who had translation privileges, and was assumed to be "knowledgeable" on the verse.
Another thing is that Nasuverse on this wiki is not the most likable verse powerscaling wise so any effort seen to downgrade rather than upgrade the verse would look more acceptable. Explains why the blatant tier 0 Root thread never got concluded, but 7+ obscure nasuverse downgrades from Wankbreaker got accepted simultaneously.

Since Wankbreaker's original thread was using quite "detailed" translations (even if not by him and just AI) along with his translation helper role at the time, I (and prolly many others) didn't care to check whether they were even correct or not from any second source.
On another note, since there's a month left till release of the last volume of the verse I support, am bored anyways so I wouldn't mind helping with improving Nasuverse profiles in the meantime. Plus I'm curious where it'd actually end up scaling to with everything updated, since I never saw many scans for the cosmology (lack of updated pages one again).
