the most flawed verse in scaling or just very flawed logic

I think a lot of recent tier 1 verses are uh, not very solid. Though this is mainly a consequence of the tiering system being way too loose in some places, which will probably get rectified soon.

I can't really think of anything beyond that since I tend to care way more about hax than stats. And in that regard, Maou Gakuin and DBH are on thin ******* ice.
 
I can agree on Pokemon's scaling being very finicky.

In the games, while the Pokedex does provide lore bits, in battles, reality is everything Smogon does takes priority over powerscaling. More than likely you'll see legendaries getting bodied by Pokemon like Vanilluxe and Tyranitar just for that reason alone!
More than likely if you want any logical sense of scaling, just stick with the anime and manga because the games just won't do it.
 
Well, the plot and the lore takes priority over gameplay due to some Unown reasons.

The most powerful reality warpers going by lore, one of the weakest Pokémon in gameplay. They can't be the weakest tho, because Prince Magikarp exists

But yeah. The cosmology would've made far more sense scaling wise if they hadn't stretched beyond Continent level
 
The problem with these types of threads there's no objective way of deciding on what's flawed just like perfection (as mentioned above site standards aren't exactly a reliable metric either).

Sticking on subject, I really think it's a major problem for any verse that's heavily reliant on UES/physiology pages to justify characters having hax walls (most which they've never canonically used or stated to have) via scaling alone, which is a classic way of causing circular scaling and

Tho verses that at least separate UES/physiology pages into different tiers of mastery/power are the least bad offenders of very flawed logic.
 
i know their exist people who if cared enough they would comment Saint Seiya. There are those who firmly believe the verse caps out at large star level

so true, It is one thing to explain why someone scales to the value of a weapon and another thing to explain why someone has dozens of powers that they have never used due to the use of a power source, although if they are cases of civilizations like the case of pokemons and the like, I have no problem.

Tbh I have to wonder how much dislike for Touhou's scaling is because of how poorly the pages explain some things. I look at those pages and physically cringe sometimes.
 
I have no hate for Touhou... But I must say, those Profile's are simply horrendous to look at some times. I can see why such a number of people don't like it, lol.
 
Oh yeah the profiles suck ass, no amount of Touhou ********** on my end is gonna make me defend the way some shit is justified.

Like... we really did just copy/paste fan wiki shit for years, huh?
 
Because using that kind of terms would be asking for a ban from Fandom higher-ups.
It does seem they don't bother moderating here as I don't recall the last time someone got banned from that kind of stuff here, but it's for the best to keep this forum officially affiliated with the wiki.
