Does the human have previous knowledge of the Creeper (Or can he get such knowledge with the prep time)? If so, CH blows up the Creeper from afar using a remote lighter or something and win.

Inconclusive, CH can't do any damage, but they probably wouldn't be dumb enough to try to fight something they cannot damage up close, and even if CH does fight up close, the explosion kills both of them

Well as I've said before, it's possible to ignite a Creeper to force it to explode. Considering how Slow a Creeper is, pretty sure CH could whip out a way to do it.

If CH will not find a way to harm creeper in some time, let's say, several or tens of hours, he'll be forced to find some food. In New York City CH will steal some food. He could find some flamethrowers as well. But that's if creeper will not find CH, which is unlikely and if New York City have some humans (of course except Composite Human).
