Ground Rules:

• Batman's 1st key is used (Batman vs Spider-Man)
• Ron is bloodlusted
• Fight takes place on a random skyscraper rooftop in gotham
• Speed is equal
• Batman has prior knowledge on Ron

Right off the bat (heheheh), Batman has a big intelligence advantage just by actually putting up a fight against Spider-Man. Ron has guns that have the potential to screw Batman over, but he simply cannot use them. I feel like Ron would just get overwhelmed by Batarangs Batman would be throwing at him, combine that with the bats and I don’t think Ron has much of a chance here.
