Match Rules:​

• Speed is equalized
• All optional equipment is allowed that is up to 9-A
• Takes place in the center of Versaille at Sunrise
• 50 meters starting distance
• No Prep nor Prior Knowledge
• The city is abandoned for these matches so no outside help

Ron (Muganimate) AP and Speed: 0.011585036866635 Tons of TNT (Far higher with tank) and Superhuman with Supersonic+ attacks with a tank
Guts AP and Speed: 0.04 Tons of TNT and is equalized to Ron (Muganimate) normal speed

Does Ron in character use his Opinional Equipment significantly?
I know he used his tank for war crimes (and that implies combat) so maybe he does use it for a leading attack
The page says he leads with his gun though so I'm kind of conflicted since what he leads does matter

If it's his gun, then he easily even with his TP due to the AP gap and Gut's Analytical Prediction, not to mention Gut's much better skills
If it's his tank, I think Ron might win due to him being able to two-shot Gut's and having faster combat speed when Gut's Analytical Prediction can't really help with that. Even his Probability Manip and Supernatural Will isn't going to really help since the Tank is not a Certain Kill and Supernatural Will means nothing against fatal injuries

Well imo I think he probably would win (shocker since he has lost many battles)

His skills are unknown but was able to commit many warcrimes at least better than Russian tank crews
and while not known AP, it is higher limits of 9-A and so a few shots will really be all needed.

It should be noted that he might exit the cockpit to boast about how powerful he is before slowly lowering back into the cockpit.

Gut's is still mostly HQH based though and even if he did a range attack, it wont one shot him before he did enter his pit
