Adam has clearly better lifting strength, has KE absorption and amplification, more detailed H2H skill justification, meaning that Adam has more advantages if it is going to be H2H combat. However, Batman's chest laser is clearly better than Adam's long range options and is technically not KE, and Batman has flight which can effectively keep a distance from Adam, Batman's animal manipulation could distract Adam, Batman has AP advantage.

Batman's start move is punching, which is not the best move against a KE absorber.
