His extoskeleton suit is getting downgraded because in the comic it doesn't really do any real damage outside the electric attack.

Should either be changed to this or removed. Since those missiles were testing Superman's speed rather than being nuclear weapons.

In addition the nuclear AP key would need to be removed as well. His intelligence should also include the tuning fork feat. He probably has some other stuff we can add from an RT I made of him but it's been awhile since I went through everything.

He says they're nuclear and that he will need to go full speed to avoid them, I fail to see why they're not nuclear or of comparable AP

The nuclear bomb he is talking about is the Soviet Coldbringer that Superman diverted earlier. Those missiles are just fast missiles.
