Nah, Beerus has a better character (does not mess around nearly as much as Goku) and ABC logic does not work here due to HakaEA. Goku has no means to oneshot, Beerus does.

Voting Beerus for reasons above (mainly because I think he wins in more scenarios due to Hakai being his "go-to" Hax).

Yeah. Beerus can and will just pull a Door to Nothingness if he has whatever chance as that's kinda his single combat hax, so I'm 100% sure if he chooses whatever ability it sure won't be transmutation or sealing or whatever.

While we can't say Lightning will always go for Time Stop before actually getting a Hakai since in this case the match will be over in one go instead of prolonged.

Hence I see Beerus winning in more scenarios. He also doesn't need any time to use a Hakai other than "Blahdie" so there's that. And considering he pulled it first thing when it came to people he had nothing to do with and threatened even Goku with it at some point, pretty sure he is using it here at the first opportunity. So.

Not stopping anyone from voting otherwise, but that's my reasoning.

To be fair, goku being resistant to time stop and minor void manip does help. He otherwise would get stomped. Now, he at least has a fighting chance.

One character has Hax and the other has resistances to Hax.. Goku can resist the time stop but falls because Lightninng will outlast him/debuff him to hell, plus she one shots with several abilities.

Here Beerus wins assuming he erases her before she pulls any of that shit out of the bag (Time stop and one-shotting)
