So a correction. All Quincies have deconstruction, it’s what their basic ability to make weapons and control reishi comes from. The only difference between them is that some of them can use Sklaverei which is the goofy aoe f*ck you that you read above. Unfortunately, any of the Quincies you might possibly want to make a match with are counted among said “some of them”.
