It seems like Leaf is a better fighter and although Charlie outstats him, his speed amps and dura neg undo that good will. It does help they start so far since Charlie can use her explosions but Leaf also resists fire I assume hotter than what Charlie has shown. Charlie also has her Pitchwork for some added range and a way to deal good damage to win. Still, I’m leaning Leaf given his speed and LS on top of dura neg.
