Here is my rework of the page.

Few things to note:

• Yes, I used a handbook but only for supporting evidence. Abilities are scale-able.
• Yes, he was a 2C threat - and we know how Starlin writes Thanos - which is the only way to write Thanos anyway - so he should have been 2C completely... but eh, I will wait till my Thanos revision for that. Anyway, Thanos' ally, Skreet, is one of the oldest entities in the cosmos. So her, Thanos and Galactus hurt him badly and that's why was somewhat knocked out after the explosion of the star - which he set up himself. So, not really an anti feat :/
  • In any case, no one scales to his 2C key and statements - plus writers intent - should take precedence. On top of that, he was only killed by beings who can rival Galactus, so yeah. He doesn't scale directly to Galactus, of course, that would be silly, but he downscales heavily.

Rework's fine, although...

This guy doesn't make the notability criteria, he's 8 issues and only part of random-ass miniseries. I genuinely think we overlooked him in the original page purge

... So yeah, page-deletion it is.

I have some very minor issues with the re-work, but like Zark said, the Fallen One doesn’t seem to meet our notability standards.

I don't particularly mind the statistics, except for that 4-B should probably be replaced with 3-C by scaling from the Silver Surfer... although come to think of it, didn't Thanos knock out the Fallen One by triggering a supernova, which is only High 4-C? That seems more reliable to scale from than claims to be able to kill Galactus in an extremely weakened state.

(To clarify, Jim Starlin wrote Galactus as being possible to almost kill by emptying a planet's worth of nuclear arsenal on him, and in the follow-up story, written by Keith Giffen, Galactus was still in a very weakened state, which the Fallen One wanted to take advantage of, if I remember correctly.)

Nevertheless, Impress is likely correct about the notability issue.

While there is no point in the thread at the end of the day because it will be deleted, I just wanna say it happened immediately after he got beaten up by weakened Galactus, Thanos and Skreet - all of them rather powerful beings in this over arching story arc.
