So, Adam is like 0.14 Tons if I remember correctly and Jack scales far above 0.02 Tons via scaling from Ohma and the death-row inmates respectively. Initially, I'd give it to Adam for speed advantage, strength advantage, and his strong legs allowing for weirdly angled punches that'd surprise Jack, but considering how far above 0.02 tons his base for is, and then he has an amp in the ballpark of 2x in his Berserker Mode, add to all of this his Aiki, I'd give this one to Jack

Jack scales to far above 0.035 tons actually so the gap isn't quite as big. Plus Jack is so far above 0.035 that the gap is basically not even there lol.
Combine that with Jack's superior skill, usage of Aiki, vicious fighting style and insane stamina and he takes this mid diff.
