So 4A vs 4A is a stomp in Rein favor before he was upgraded. If you're using Rein 5B form, it might be stomp in emperor favor but i'm not sure.

Though as long as Rein can think, he can summon glads.

Emprah stomps evenone in the Legion via his EE or Sealing and no the Emprah cant survive the soul rip, but Rein doesnt seem to instantly soul rip if someone seems strong.
