Hmmmm I was wondering if building a make shift vortex manipulator to get the parts for the Key to time, or getting the moment from Gallifrey, but this takes place within the SCP verse. Couldn't he research other SCP's and perhaps make a artificial construct using DNA from other SCP's?

TBQH giving him a month's worth of prep in the SCP verse miiiight be a bit much considering they have 3-A/High 3-A/Low 2-C/2-C/2-B tech that i dont doubt the Doctor could use to his advantage...

Ah I see. Giving the doctor scrap makes him a possible contender. Giving him advanced technology... Yeah you get the point. Still though, I don't doubt that 682 will give him a run for his money though.
