Shouldn't The Doctor have "skilled in hand to hand combat and swordsmanship" included in his powers/abilities section? It's been shown on some occasions that The Doctor himself is a skilled combatant (notably The Third's Venusian Aikido) and some other incarnations (like 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12) has shown to have skill in hand to hand and sword combat.
