Well he doesn't use that cus devils resist mind manip.

And no will and mind are not the same thing. A strong will doesn't = more resistance to mind manip. There is something called willpower manipulation which is a subset of empathetic manip not mind manip.

Empathetic = feelings

mind = thoughts

Empathic manipulation is a subcategory of mind manipulation. Because feelings are things that your mind makes. There was a whole thread if mind-hax resistance allows to resist that stuff. Plus, empathic manip can be resisted by having millions feed their own will to you.
