Not to mention, she can absorb/destroy souls like the other Grimm, and since no one in KNY has resistance to Soul Manip, Muzan, along with everyone in KNY, is getting his ass Shang-Tsung'ed by Salem. And even if Muzan could injure Salem, he can't nullify her Immortality, since she's presumably bound to Remnant as a whole
