The Darkest Knight vs Demi-Fiend

Well, Demi-Fiend's Low 1-C end comes from his offscreen battle with YHVH, who has a scaling chain, while Darkest Knight is just Manhattan, who's above Mxy, who's baseline, so Demi-Fiend has the AP adventage. In any case, Demon immortality pretty much makes this a stomp.
